Leopard print is a love it or hate it sort of fashion trend. While some decry it as something you shouldn't attempt unless you're in your twenties or over sixty, others find glory in the rich patterning. It's true; not everyone can pull this fashion look off. And, like most fashion trends, it's typically best done in small doses. Not that designers are heeding that style advice. Fall fashion runways were overflowing with head-to-toe leopard looks. Dolce & Gabbana even layered a long sleeve lace top under a leopard print dress. (Not that the duo is known for restraint, but still, an interesting blend.) Dries van Noten wrapped mufflers 'round models necks and paired leopard print with more leopard print, as well as more geometric patterns. Blumarine and Mulberry went all out with leopard boots, bags, and clothing, while Moschino mixed leopard print with black accents, including Western-style hats. American designers were slightly tamer fashion designer Rebecca Taylor showed an adorable faux fur leopard coat. Even those of us who won't be dazzling in leopard print dresses anytime soonthough actress Rachel Bilson absolutely rocked the lookare up for incorporating a piece here and there.

Leopard print is up on eBay, too. When we compared items for the term "leopard" in a recent week (11/19-11/25) with a week long period six months prior, we found that eBay listings were up 45 percent and sales were up 118 percent.
