Love it or hate it (and people usually feel pretty strongly one way or the other), Valentine's Day is here. So as listings for heart items shot up 64 percent on eBay in the past week compared to the previous period, we pointed our cupid's arrow at a dozen sweet-hearted items we'd gladly make use of any day of the year.
